TEXT SUBMISSIONS: from December 1, 2024 to March 10, 2025

SENDING OF LETTERS ACCEPTED: UNTIL APRIL 29

SHORT SUBMISSIONS: from December 1, 2024 to March 5, 2025

REGISTRATION IN MINICOURSES: from March 1, 2025 ​

1. The short courses will not be recorded and will have limited places.

2. The schedule may be changed at any time without prior notice.

3. All works will go through the event's scientific committee, which can be consulted below.

4. Works must be sent in two versions, with and without authorship.

5. Assessments of works will be carried out by blind pairs.

6. Works will only be received via the Doity platform and by no other means.

7. Registration and submissions are LIMITED.

8. Registration and submissions may be completed before the scheduled date. ​
