Guidelines and Template

Abstracts must strictly follow the template provided below.

Authors and co-authors must pay the registration fee.

Abstracts must be submitted via Doity by clicking here, exclusively in .doc (Word) format.

Two versions of the abstract must be submitted: one with authorship and one without authorship (for evaluation), both in .doc format.

ALL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE PEER-REVIEWED BY THE EVENT'S SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE USING A DOUBLE-BLIND PROCESS.

Selected abstracts will be presented as oral communications remotely via Google Meet.

Authors will have up to 15 minutes to present their abstract/paper.

FULL TEXTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTERWARDS. Abstracts will be published in the proceedings of the national event.

Approved abstracts presented as oral communications will be published in the event proceedings within 40 days after the event ends.

Each registered author is allowed to submit up to 2 abstracts as the main author and up to 4 as a co-author.

Undergraduate students may submit abstracts only in co-authorship with master's or doctoral degree holders.

Undergraduate students may also submit abstracts without master's or doctoral co-authors, provided the advisor is mentioned in a footnote.

Graduates, master’s students, doctoral students, and holders of master's or doctoral degrees may submit abstracts without the need for co-authorship.
