DIGITAL BOOK – E-BOOK 2026
Guidelines and Template
-
Articles submitted for inclusion in the e-book must follow the template model provided above and below. In the case of texts written in English, formatting according to APA standards is permitted.
-
Both the author and co-author are required to pay the registration fee.
-
Full papers for the e-book must be submitted via Doity by clicking here, mandatorily in .doc (Word) format.
-
Two files must be submitted: one version with authorship and one anonymous version (without the name of any author or co-author, for review purposes), both in .doc (Word) format. DO NOT SEND PDF FILES.
-
ALL ARTICLES WILL BE EVALUATED THROUGH A DOUBLE-BLIND PEER REVIEW PROCESS BY THE EVENT’S SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE.
-
Full papers will be presented as oral communications.
-
Articles are NOT an automatic extension of approved abstracts. If you submit an abstract and it is approved, an article will not be requested afterward. To submit both an abstract and an article, you must pay the ARTICLE fee and submit both files, if desired, following the specific template and guidelines for each.
-
Articles must be submitted in complete and final form, containing between 12 and 18 A4 pages, according to the template.
-
Approved articles will be published in e-book format, to be released within up to 60 days after the end of the event.
-
Each author registered for e-book submission may submit up to 2 full articles as main author and up to 2 as co-author.
-
Articles may have a maximum of 3 authors in total.
-
Articles submitted for the e-book must fall within one of the Event’s Working Groups (WGs).
-
All authors and co-authors must pay the registration fee.
-
If the paper is rejected for any reason, the full registration fee will be refunded.
-
Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and the use of Artificial Intelligence are strictly prohibited.
-
All publication guidelines are available in the Template. The new ABNT 2023 standards must be followed or, in the case of texts written in English, APA standards may be adopted.
-
Graduates, doctoral degree holders, PhD candidates, master’s degree holders, and master’s students may publish in the e-book.
-
Undergraduate students may exceptionally publish in the e-book only in co-authorship, and must necessarily co-author with a PhD or Master’s degree holder.
