CINE-FÓRUM 2026 ABSTRACTS

Guidelines and Template

Submitted and approved abstracts will be published in the Event’s Abstract Book and must follow EXACTLY the template model provided above and below.
The author must pay the abstract submission fee. Co-authors are required to pay at least the listener (attendee) registration fee.
Abstracts must be submitted via Doity by clicking here, mandatorily in .doc (Word) format.
Two files must be submitted: one abstract with authorship and one anonymous version (without the name of any author or co-author, for review purposes), both in .doc (Word) format. DO NOT SEND PDF FILES.
ALL ABSTRACTS WILL BE EVALUATED THROUGH A DOUBLE-BLIND PEER REVIEW PROCESS BY THE EVENT’S SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE.
Abstracts will be presented as oral communications.
Abstracts will NOT automatically be converted into articles later. If you submit an abstract and it is approved, no article will be requested afterward. To submit both an abstract and an article, you must pay the ARTICLE fee and submit both files, if desired, following the respective template and guidelines for each.
Each registered author is entitled to submit up to 1 abstract as main author (per payment) and up to 2 abstracts as co-author.
Abstracts may have a maximum of 3 authors in total.
Submitted abstracts must fall within one of the Event’s Working Groups (WGs).

All authors and co-authors must pay the registration fee.
If the paper is rejected for any reason, the full registration fee will be refunded.
Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and the use of Artificial Intelligence are strictly prohibited.
All publication guidelines are available in the Template.
Graduates, doctoral degree holders, PhD candidates, master’s degree holders, and master’s students may publish in the e-book.
Undergraduate students may exceptionally publish in the e-book, preferably (but not necessarily) with their academic advisors.
